Allow me to (re)introduce myself.... 

I am Latoya Alexander- hair stylist, master in hair restoration pieces, certified lash technician, fashionista and business woman. I am a fiery Aries, sister, daughter, aunt and friend.  I am a southern girl, born in Conway, South Carolina.  I have walked down the dirt roads of Conway to stages and sound studios. I have always had a flare for style and art bringing my unique brand to the art to the hair industry. I have provided women of Atlanta with quality haircare, installations, make up and most recently, custom wigs since 2014 as ceo of I.L.W Hair Collection and co-owner of the premier hair design studio, Salon Lashe’.  My clients receive personal instruction on how to care for their natural hair as well as the wig units and weave installations.  I have created custom wigs for some of Atlanta’s most fabulous women including R&B Diva Syleena Johnson and Love and Hip Hop star Mimi Faust.  Rather than keep that wealth of knowledge in hair care to myself, I began sharing those skills and techniques with a series of courses with a curriculum designed to provide instruction on wig making, installation and at home care. I am growing my business and my brand to shine brightly in front of the camera and behind the scenes.
